General Information

The Best of the Best Awards recognise excellence in asset management across Asia-Pacific. These awards celebrate outstanding firms and individuals that have demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and leadership.

Asset service providers and investment managers operating in the Asia-Pacific region are eligible to submit entries.

To submit an application, please follow these steps:

  1. Register on our online platform.
  2. Choose your desired categories and create submissions.
  3. Upload all required documents and information.
  4. Pay the administrative fee.

Submissions must be received by December 17, 2025 (close of business Hong Kong time).

An administrative fee of USD285 applies to each submission, plus any applicable sales tax in your country.

 

If the payment deadline has passed and you still wish to make a payment, please email awards@asiaasset.com to request to reopen the payment. Please note that late payments will incur a 3% penalty fee.

ETF awards, previously part of the Best of the Best Awards, are now featured in our dedicated AAM ETF Awards 2026. We are excited to revive this specialist programme after nearly a decade! Submissions open Dec 15 2025.

The files that are accepted are in Word, Excel, PDFs, and ZIP format. Consider using Word for essays, Excel for data tables, PDFs for reports, and ZIP for multiple files.

Essays: For country, regional, and ASEAN awards (Sections B, C, and D), each submission must include an essay of no more than 700 words. The word count for the essay does not include the supporting documents. No essay is required for Section A Performance Awards (supporting data in our Excel template is required).

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can submit entries for multiple categories. However, please note that there is an administrative fee for each submission.

Yes, each specific time period of an award is considered a separate entry. This applies to awards with different time periods, such as the “ASEAN Equity (3 years, 10 years, 28 years)” award. This approach allows for recognition of consistent excellence over different time periods and provides a more accurate reflection of a firm’s performance.

Yes, once a submission is submitted and the payment is confirmed, changes can still be made until submissions are closed on December 17, 2025.

We aim to review all submissions within 4 weeks of the submission deadline. However, please note that the review process may take longer depending on the volume of submissions.

The winners of the Best of the Best Awards will be announced on January 23th, 2026.

Please contact us immediately if you need to withdraw your submission. We may be able to process a partial refund of the administrative fee, if you wish to withdraw prior to the submission deadline. We do not accept any withdrawal requests after submissions close.

While we cannot provide detailed feedback on individual submissions, we can offer general feedback on common areas for improvement.

Awards Dinner

The Best of the Best Awards Dinner will be held on March 25th 2026 at the Hong Kong Four Seasons. The ASEAN Best of the Best Awards Dinner will be held in Singapore in April 2026, final details to be provided.
