Submission Guidelines and List of Awards

Please read the instructions carefully to ensure that all guidelines are followed and the correct submission of entry (or entries).

As in the previous year, we have a dedicated platform for submissions to upload all applications. The files that are accepted are in word, excel, PDFs and ZIP format.

Please DO NOT email us your applications.

Please follow the instructions online for submissions for the four categories.

You will need to create your own unique password to access the site and to make the submissions; you may amend your submission(s) at any time after posting.

However, all amendments must be confirmed by the deadline which is Monday, December 18, 2023, close of business Hong Kong time.

For each submission, there is an administrative fee of HKD2,067 (USD265). Please note that once submissions are made and payment confirmed, there will be no refunds of the administrative fee.

Payments should accompany your submissions.

For Section A Performance awards, please note that if you are making submissions for example for ASEAN Equity for three years and ten years, this is treated as two submissions.

For Section A Performance Awards, please upload the monthly performance returns for the award period and the monthly benchmark returns (if relevant). You may download the excel template here for guidance.

Please note that for Section A Performance Awards, the end period used is September 30, 2023. Please note that late entries will not be considered for the awards. Submissions may not be processed without the payment made or proof of payment.

All data and information provided in the submissions are only to be used for the adjudication process of the awards.

While we welcome supporting documents, we require that each submission come with an essay of no more than 700 words for Region/Country, Regional and ASEAN Awards (Sections B, C and D). The word count for the essay does not include the supporting documents. No essay is required for Section A Performance Awards.

To access the system, go to Account Registration to set up your log-in and password. Then go to My Submissions to start the application process.

  1. Use the Edit button to make your submissions.
  2. Once confirmed, click the Choose file button to upload your file. If there is more than one file, click the Choose file button again. Then you MUST click the Save button to confirm your submissions. For multiple files, you may also compress them into Zip to upload and then click the Save button to confirm.
  3. Click the View button to look at your submissions.
  4. For more than two submissions, click the Additional Submission(s) button and go through the payment process. Then go back to My Submissions button and make the additional submissions.
  5. To amend your applications, use the Edit button and go through the same process as above. But please note that all amendments must be confirmed by Monday, December 18, 2023.

Please note that late entries will not be considered for the awards.

All data and information provided in the submissions are only to be used for the adjudication process of the awards. Please note that AAM is under no obligation to issue an award or awards to firms or organisations following the completion of the submission and judging process.
