ETF awards, previously part of the Best of the Best Awards, are now featured in our dedicated AAM ETF Awards 2026. We are excited to revive this specialist programme after nearly a decade! Submissions open Dec 15 2025.
Who Can Enter
These awards are open to asset service providers,investment managers and other leading organisations operating in the Asia-Pacific region. To be eligible, your firm must demonstrate outstanding performance, innovation, and leadership See our full list of categories for details.
Submission Deadline – Submissions must be received by December 17, 2025 (close of business Hong Kong time). Late entries will not be considered.
Submission Process (Using Our New Online Platform)
All applications must be submitted through our dedicated online platform. Please do not email applications.
- Register
Create an account on the new platform. You must use a valid email address for verification to log in. - Create Submissions
Once logged in, start adding your submissions. You can choose your desired categories and upload required documents (Word, Excel, PDF, ZIP accepted for multiple files with maximum of 50 MB in total per submission). Your submissions will be saved as drafts initially. - Payment
Submissions are not officially submitted until payment is confirmed.- You can save drafts and pay later, or pay immediately.
- Click “Pay Now” and select the draft submissions you wish to finalise. Applicable sales taxes will be added.
- Option A: Online Payment
Checkout securely via PayPal or credit/debit card. Once payment is successful, your submission status will change to “Paid,” and the entry is complete. - Option B: Invoice/Bank Transfer
Select this option to generate an invoice, downloadable from the submissions portal. Make the payment via bank transfer and upload proof of payment to the platform. Once received and verified, the status will change to “Paid,” and the submission is complete.

You may edit your submission details (including uploaded documents) at any time before the application closing date, even after payment.
Important Notes
- Submissions will not be processed without confirmed payment or verified proof of payment.
- Administrative fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Late Payments: If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact awards@asiaasset.com before the deadline. A late fee of 3% may apply.
Fees
Administrative Fees
An administrative fee of USD285 applies per each submission not including applicable sales taxes.
Payment Options
You can pay the fee by credit card or bank transfer. Please note, fees are non-refundable.
- Payment must accompany the submission.
- Please note that once submissions are made and payment confirmed, there will be no refunds of the administrative fee.
Eligibility Period
Section A Performance Awards
Performance data must be for the period ending September 30, 2025.
Sections B, C & D (All Other Awards)
Achievements and results considered should be for the period ending November 30, 2025.
Accepted Formats & Lengths
Formats
Word, Excel, PDFs, and ZIP files are accepted. Use Word for essays, Excel for data, PDFs for reports, and ZIP for multiple files.
Essay Length
For country, regional, and ASEAN awards (Sections B, C, and D), each submission must include an essay of no more than 700 words.
Supporting documents do not count towards this limit. No essay is required for Section A (use the provided Excel template for data).
